1. The service

Newspaper Animation (newspaperanimation.com) lets you create newspaper-style images and animations in your browser. The free plan allows unlimited exports with a watermark; paid plans remove the watermark.

2. Your content & license

You own what you create. Because rendering happens in your browser, we never receive your content. You may use your exports for personal and commercial purposes on all plans.

You are responsible for the content you create. Do not use the service to produce material that is unlawful, defamatory, or that impersonates real news organizations or presents fabricated stories as genuine reporting.

3. Plans & billing

Creator is a subscription billed via Stripe, at $3/month or $10.80/year — the same plan either way, only the billing period differs. The annual rate is a limited-time promotional price; the price you subscribe at is the price you keep for as long as that subscription stays active. It removes the export watermark and the ads shown to free users; cancel anytime from your account page and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Founder's Lifetime was a one-time purchase offered to early members. It is no longer sold. Existing Lifetime members keep watermark-free, ad-free export for the lifetime of the service.

4. Fair use

“Unlimited” means no artificial caps for a human creator. Automated bulk generation, resale of the service itself, or abuse that degrades the service for others is not permitted.

5. Warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

6. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
